ABOUT ME

“Hi! I am Arin. I help busy females create small moments of calm in everyday chaos.
Elementary school teacher by profession, my passion led me to train in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
Now, I love combining my learning as a teacher and my passion as a Yogi to understand each Individual’s life and guide people to become fully present in each and every moment.”

How I started…


“After having my first baby, I wanted to shed the extra pounds I had put on, so I thought of giving ‘Power Yoga’ a try. Once I joined, to my surprise it wasn’t the workout but those few minutes of breathing and Meditation that I fell in love with. It was something I had never experienced before.
A curious learner at heart, I started to deepen my knowledge which led me to my first Training in Hatha Yoga. Something which started as a Fitness Routine was like a soul calling.

And the most interesting part was – it was changing me in ways I never knew I needed to change.

  • I started sleeping better as mind slowly stopped it’s habit of overthinking
  • I didn’t drag myself out of bed, rather felt energized in the morning
  • My arguments with my husband reduced as I learnt how to actually listen and respond(not just react)

I can go on and on about the changes I saw, but I am sure you get the idea.

I went from an anxious, over planner, who lived for the weekend to a calm, peaceful person who stopped to smile and just breathe in every moment.
Kundalini Yoga was my next calling and the chants and meditations lit my soul on fire, taking my self-awareness to a new level.

Now I knew I had to share this experience of living a life where I don’t need to multi-task or keep running around or constantly be trapped in my to-do list. I had to show people it is possible to live a life where slowing down is actually increasing your productivity, joy and focus.

So here I am – “helping you sprinkle tiny moments of calm in your everyday stressful life!”

  • Being intuitive and understanding what a person truly needs
  • Always finding a silver lining in the darkest of clouds

Some fun facts about me


  • As a kid I was scared of Meditation and used to feel that it’s all woo-woo
  • I love reading with a cup of coffee on a rainy day
  • Gloomy and rainy days actually make me feel happier than sunny days
  • I am a hardcore ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ fan and I think Rachel and Ross were not on a break!
  • Good Music always get my foot tapping.
  • I am one of those people who puts up Reminders to Drink Water.
